Blackbird Studio Design will strive to turn your idea or event into a memory that you can keep with you. Or you can choose one of the items posted on our blog. We strive to provide you with a unique experience.
You will find no prices on this site. There are too many variables to show a price. They include:
- Apparel options (color, content, and styling)
- Apparel Sizing (larger sizes will cost more)
- Materials
- Shipping
- Design Time
One thing you will not find on this site is your favorite teams (College, Pro, etc.) or cartoon characters, quotes from current songs or movies. These are Licensed items that require a quite costly license to use. All designs I use are either my own creations or items that I have paid for a license to use to provide you my designs.
The Process
- You will need to fill out the consultation request listed below.
- Within 48 hours you will receive our initial contact back.
- If requesting one of our blog designs you will receive your cost estimate.
- If submitting your own artwork, it will be a request for the artwork.
- If the artwork design process exceeds the 30 minute initial period you will get a quote for the artwork and a request to proceed.
- Once the artwork has been approved and the design paid for, we will ship your design within 10 business days. (larger orders may take longer)
- You will receive notice from the shipper when the item is shipped.
- Blackbird Studio Design has no control over shipping time, that is solely in the hands of the shipper.
- Packages damaged in shipping will need to be addressed to the shipper.
DISCLAIMER:
All material and apparel colors are limited to availability. Colors displayed on your computer screen may not match what is delivered. Compters and computer screens differ in their displays. Specific color requirements may require you to seek other methods.
Refunds
For custom designs, due to their nature, there will be no refunds. For items received that are defective, not caused by shipping problems, a replacement item will be sent provided that a clear photo of the defect is sent to confirm the defect.
Cancellations
Work will begin once the designs are approved and payment has been received. Up until that time any order can be cancelled. If an artwork design fee has been quoted and approved, only the design time up to the time of cancellation will be charged.
